Museum Rental
Reservations and payment policies for rental of the Museum
All reservations are made on a first come basis, first serve for each event or activity. Review the calendar to check availability. Only 1 event per day, regardless of time.
The building must be cleared by no later than 12 midnight.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.
Additional Information
An event insurance rider is required for all events. If you do not have a company we recommend Byrd Insurance in Dallas, GA. We are not affiliated with them, nor do we received any inducement to refer them. They are provided as a courtesy.
If you will be selling any products or services at your event a valid business license is required for every merchant.
All activities must be cleaned up and you must be out by your scheduled event time.
If requested cleaning is to be done by HRSM, that will be a fee of $100 for cleaning.
Any activity involving minors will require proper and sufficient adult supervision.
There shall be no smoking in the building.
None of the tables, chairs or other contents of the museum may be removed from the building or used outside of the building.
The Hiram Rosenwald School Museum will not be held responsible for any losses of property or injuries to any persons while using the facility.
No artwork, signs, or other property of the HRSM may be removed or taken down.
Children are not allowed to leave the rented area unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. There will be no running, jumping on the stage.
Dates are not guaranteed until we confirm.
If you expect more than 25 people in attendance you’ll need to provide porta potties.
Reservation Fees:
MUSEUM and PAVILION:
- $200 for 4 hours. $50 for each additional Hour.
PAVILLION ONLY:
- $50 for 4 hours. $25 for each additional Hour.
KITCHEN:
- $50 for 4 hours plus a $50 deposit. $40 for each additional Hour.
